Hi, My name is Allyson Havens and I am from Bonnets Mill, MO. I am currently a sophomore in college studying Exercise Science at William Woods University in Fulton Missouri. Once I graduate I hope to attend Chiropractic school. Learning about how the body functions and recovers has sparked my interest in alternative medicine and chiropractic care. In my free time I enjoy working out and competing in CrossFit competitions, spending time with friends and family, and cooking as well as baking.
